PDF Walkthrough: Glow Effects with Watercolor

Hello Moonbeams,

I wanted to write an article featuring some of the neon antlers and lettering from my Voices of Neon collection.  As some of you know, I have a watercolor class on Class101 and in it, there is an exercise that involves painting a few glowing effects which I get a lot of questions on. This was meant to be a mini walkthrough but I ended up writing quite a bit and giving many examples so I turned it into a downloadable PDF for you instead!
